For the latest updates to this post please visit the original posting here: Adding Images in CRM 2013 We have demonstrated how to add photos in CRM 2011 using the PowerObjects PowerPhoto PowerPack add-on , but now in CRM 2013 , users will be able to add an image field to a CRM entity out of the box!
To get started:
Create a new field with the Field Type set to Image . Note: On system entities, the field will already exist. Only one image field is allowed per entity.
